EKFB (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall) are offering hybrid work experience placements for Year 12 students on the High Speed 2 (HS2) project, giving students a real insight into life on a major UK infrastructure programme.
Across the week, students will:
Visit a live construction site (on in-person days)
Take part in hands-on STEM challenges
Meet industry professionals and hear about their career journeys
Work in small teams on a project task (planning/design challenge) and present ideas back
Format: Monday & Friday are in-person; Tuesday–Thursday are online collaboration sessions (Google Classroom). Lunch is provided on in-person days, and travel expenses can be reimbursed (where offered).
