The Space Sector Skills Survey 2023 was commissioned by UK Space Agency and Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and written in collaboration with know.space.
The findings highlight the growing scale and impact of skills gaps across the space sector and the challenges these pose for employers. In particular: ◻ Almost all respondents reported facing skills-related challenges ◻ Software, systems, and electronics engineering are pain points ◻ Competition with other space companies is increasing
