His Majesty's Government Communications Centre (HMGCC), the engineering specialists at the heart of the UK's national security, are recruiting Engineering Manufacturing Technician Apprentices based in Milton Keynes.
This Level 4 apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with formal training, giving learners the opportunity to build valuable engineering skills while working with advanced manufacturing equipment and innovative technologies.
What You'll Gain
Successful applicants will:
Complete a 42-month Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship
Achieve an embedded Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Engineering
Earn a starting salary of £22,176, increasing annually as you progress through the programme
Gain hands-on experience across a variety of manufacturing disciplines
Work alongside experienced engineering professionals
Contribute to projects supporting the UK's national security
Who Can Apply?
Applicants should be predicted to achieve or already hold:
Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including English, Maths and a Science, Technology or Engineering-related subject
And either:
Two A Levels at grades A* to C (preferably STEM subjects), or
A Level 3 Engineering BTEC with at least 90 credits
