Life Science, Healthcare and Social Care

The Engineering Development Trust (EDT) works with STEM companies across the UK to provide placement opportunities for school and college leavers. They also have a limited number of opportunities for undergraduate students. These are paid placements and typically last for 12 months providing a full year in industry.

An EDT placement will give students invaluable experience working in industry, help them develop their skills and knowledge, and boost their future employability. There are vacancies with companies across many areas of STEM, from leading FTSE 100 companies to small innovative start-ups.
