This course is delivered online – learners will need a Laptop/Tablet and access to WiFi to complete.
With this course all learners will achieve:
NCFE, Level 2 Certificate:
Understanding customer service in the retail sector
Understanding the retail selling process
Understanding how individuals and teams contribute to the effectiveness of a retail business
Understand how a retail business maintains health and safety on its premises
Understand retail consumer law
Understand how to deal with customer queries and complaints in a retail environment
Understanding the handling of customer payments in a retail business
Understanding the control, receipt and storage of stock in a retail business
Support in building a CV
Help looking for employment if they request it
All learners must meet the following criteria:
19 or over – turned 19 before September 2021
Unemployed and claiming benefits
Or Employed and earning under £17k per year – they must be able to attend all sessions though
Be able to provide the requested ID
Must have lived in the UK for at least the last three years
The sessions are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3pm.
