Young people with EHCP's and their parents / carers can visit EHCP Annual Reviews | SchoolsWeb for some new and updated resources on Annual Reviews, including the Progression Pathways Planning Toolkit and SEND Outcomes Toolkit.

The next Post 16 SEND Opportunities Showcase, will be held between 3.30 and 6pm on Wednesday 5 February 2025 at The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF.

It will provide the opportunity to explore alternative Post 16 specialist education options and Supported Internships as well as support through information, advice and guidance providers.

There is no need to register – all are welcome to come along and chat to the providers and find out more about the programmes they offer.
