Understanding Young People with SEND, Jenny Connick, Managing Director of Talentino

In October 2020 Bucks Skills Hub, OxLEP, SEMLEP and Berkshire LEP ran a webinar for Thames Valley Enterprise Advisers who work in special schools and mainstream schools, to improve their confidence in understanding the needs of SEND young people and the role they can play in ensuring that schools careers programmes and activities reflect the differing needs of all students and are fully inclusive.

In this video, Jenny Connick, Managing Director of Talentino covered the anxiety around disability in the workplace, key challenges for young people with SEND, positive career outcomes and resources.
