Demystifying Apprenticeships

For the latest information about Apprenticeships in Bucks, don’t miss our Demystifying Apprenticeships session on Wed 19th January at John Hampden Grammar School, 3.30pm.

Starting with the basics, including ‘what an apprenticeship is’, we will look at the range of apprenticeships typically available in Buckinghamshire, how they are structured, delivered, assessed and funded, as well as how they align with the national qualifications framework (Register of Regulated Qualifications). We will also discuss the different entry levels and requirements of applicants, including knowledge, skills and behaviour – so we hope to see you there!

Obviously open to you as a Careers Leader, this could also be useful for Careers Advisers and anybody in your school talking to students about Career options – particularly Heads of Department/ Functions/Year Groups.

We are delighted that apprentices from Janseen, Cisco, Morgan Sindall and CapGemini will be joining us live, to share their experiences and take questions. Amazing Apprenticeships will provide the context, the different levels of entry and discuss the application process.
