Green Careers Week | 6th-11th November 2023 | Online
According to a global survey led by Bath University, around 60% of young people are “worried about climate change”. If you’re one of these young people, keep an eye out for Green Careers Week on Twitter. Now in its second year, the national campaign aims to educate the future workforce about emerging technologies and careers that will change the world for the better. You’ve got this.

All the big names in the performing arts – Royal Opera House, National Theatre and RADA to name but a few – will be gathering in venues across the West End for this year’s Theatrecraft. The largest careers event for offstage roles in theatre, the all-access tours are worth the trip alone.

Budding Greta Gerwigs and Christopher Nolans won’t want to miss Pinewood Futures Festival. From catering and groundskeeping to directing and set design, the event offers anyone looking to break into the film or TV industries a chance to explore hundreds of behind-the-scenes roles through immersive experiences. The downside is tickets are like gold dust, so you’ll have to get on the waiting list for a chance to bag one.
