Ask Questions

Not only are you being interviewed, but this is also an opportunity for you to interview the company/institution. Before your interview, prepare a list of questions you want to ask as you need to make sure they are also a good fit for you too.

Get Feedback

One way to develop a growth mindset is to ask for feedback from your interviews. This will allow you to see what you done well and what you could improve on for next time. It is also very impressive to employers if you are to take on board constructive feedback positively.

Bring Your Whole Self

Aside from ensuring you are professional and polite - bring your whole self to the interview! Let them see the real you including your unique quirks. Tell them about your passions, interests and dreams and how this relates to the position you’re applying for!
