ICE CityZen are holding 2 competitions featuring their unique skills-building computer games, giving students an opportunity to acquire lifelong skills essential for their careers. The ICE CityZen Award is for students aged 16-18 and the ICE CityZen Pollution Control Challenge is for students aged 14-16.
The award-winning CityZen computer game enables students to collaborate as a team and develop problem solving skills by applying STEM skills to real civil engineering scenarios. Students grow communication and critical thinking abilities through the optional task of pitching an improvement project for their local community.
The competitions take place yearly starting in the autumn and finishing in the spring term and you can register your interest now. The competitions are free to enter and all students who participate will receive certificates. There are some great prizes up for grabs in both competitions.
