The Martin-Baker Apprenticeship Scheme is open for applications for the September 2023 intake.
Martin-Baker offer the opportunity to combine working with a fascinating product and an exciting four years of on-the-job training.
Martin-Baker have an established apprenticeship scheme now with circa twenty current apprentices progressing through, with the majority of them remaining within employment at Martin-Baker in a variety of exciting roles.

This year, Martin-Baker will be participating in three large careers events – we will be at National Apprenticeship Show at Sandown Park on 1st and 2nd March and at Milton Keynes Stadium on 15th and 16th March, and Bucks Skills Show at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on 8th and 9th March.
Additionally, Martin-Baker are starting to plan our offerings for National Apprenticeship Week, 6th – 10th February 2023.
Martin-Baker are able to do a 30 minute session at local schools/colleges including who Martin-Baker are, opportunities available, and a demo of on of our ejection seats. This can be extended up to 60 minutes if required.
If you would like Martin-Baker to visit you to do this, please let the Resourcing Lead know with preferred days/time slots, and any specific requirements you’d like them to cover. These sessions work best at a lunchtime, during a club (can be after school) or during a relevant lesson (Science, Maths, Engineering, DT, etc), whereas Assemblies do NOT work as well, so please keep this in mind.
