CrewHQ Careers Days shine a spotlight on careers behind the camera with the crew who worked on the production being featured.

For National Careers Week 2025, we are excited to share an opportunity for students to hear live from some of the crew that made Bong Joon Ho’s new film, Mickey 17

The panel discussion at the event will be streamed live across the UK from central London, hosted by BBC Radio 1 Xtra’s Yinka Bokini, where students tuning in remotely will be able to ask questions in advance via their teacher either on the registration form or on email to CrewHQ@wbd.com, to ensure the activity achieves Gatsby Benchmark 5.

About the film:

From the Academy Award®-winning writer/director of Parasite, Bong Joon Ho, comes his next groundbreaking cinematic experience, Mickey 17. The unlikely hero, Mickey Barnes (Robert Pattison) has found himself in the extraordinary circumstance of working for an employer who demands the ultimate commitment to the job… to die, for a living.

Written and directed by Bong Joon Ho, Mickey 17 stars Robert Pattinson (The Batman, Tenet), Naomi Ackie (Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker), Academy Award® nominee Steven Yeun (Minari, Beef), with Academy Award® nominee Toni Collette (Hereditary) and Academy Award® nominee Mark Ruffalo (Poor Things)
