Join Rebecca, Early Careers STEM Outreach Officer at Reinshaw, who will discuss how to create beneficial working relationships with employers. This is a great opportunity to hear from an employer who is experienced in working with a number of schools to promote their own early careers opportunities, as well as STEM education.

Within this session, Rebecca will cover:

Effective networking: how to connect with local employers

Creating beneficial partnerships: understanding employer needs and how to develop programmes and opportunities that benefit both students and businesses
