Supporting Young People with SEND, Tom Cliffe, Enterprise Adviser at Isebrook School in Kettering

In October 2020 Bucks Skills Hub, OxLEP, SEMLEP and Berkshire LEP ran a webinar for Thames Valley Enterprise Advisers who work in special schools and mainstream schools, to improve their confidence in understanding the needs of SEND young people and the role they can play in ensuring that schools careers programmes and activities reflect the differing needs of all students and are fully inclusive.

In this video, Tom, who is the Managing Director of Track nn Limited in Northampton spoke about the importance and impact of his EA role in a specialist setting.
