Heathrow Virtual Career Talks

During October half term, Heathrow Airport hosted a series of virtual career talks aimed at young people aged 16-24 thinking about their next steps.

Heathrow had fantastic engagement and feedback from students taking part, with lots of questions about what it’s like to work at Heathrow and the skills needed to succeed.

Heathrow are pleased to share the recordings of the webinars, with added subtitles. Each webinar features colleagues talking about their role at the airport and their career journey. Colleagues taking part are from areas as diverse as IT, Security, and Engineering, in addition to airport-based employers Louis Vuitton, Mace and JCDecaux. The Heathrow Employment & Skills Academy also hosted a job search and interview workshop.

Please feel free to share these recordings with any students thinking of a career at Heathrow or any of the industries listed.

We hope young people will use this opportunity to learn more about careers to help inform their next steps.
