Built to Scroll: Helping Students Take Back Control of Technology is a free, engaging 20-minute assembly for students aged 11-18 that explores how social media platforms are designed to capture attention and how young people can stay in control of their digital habits.
Students Will Learn To:
Explore the positive and negative impacts of social media
Understand how apps are designed to capture and retain attention
Reflect on their own digital habits and behaviours
Learn practical strategies to improve focus, sleep and wellbeing

The assembly is accompanied by a short 10-minute survey exploring students' digital lives and the impact technology has on them.
Students who complete the survey will be entered into prize draws to win vouchers from Amazon and ASOS.
