In case you are in need of a strong and succinct model careers strategy document, this one by Barbara Harrison of John Hampden Grammar School, is a great example. As a strategy document it answers the key questions, and with a strategic implementation plan to detail the ‘how‘, it’s a winning formula. It will also be included in the CEC resources directory very soon.
