Roche is interested in bringing new talents to upskill and learn with on the job training in their Apprenticeship Programmes Level 3 and Level 4. They believe that any talent who is able to develop technical expertise and understanding of their business from the beginning of their careers has the potential to grow and succeed in their company. They are currently offering open opportunities for two apprenticeship programs:

  1. Advanced Technical Engineering Apprenticeship: Level 3 MOET

    • Looking for A level students (or equivalent qualification) who are keen to move into a career and not go to University. They will require Maths & English GCSE at Grade 4 or above.

    • In this programme, apprentices will develop academic and vocational training in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering working in the field in the Clinical Laboratory environment with NHS and Private Partners.

    • You should have a curiosity of how things work and a passion for finding solutions to problems, this will be accompanied with a growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing personal development.

  2. Procurement Apprenticeship: Level 4

    • Looking for candidates 18+ with GCSE 9 – 4 (A – C) Maths and English & two A Levels (or equivalent), or 21+ with at least two years of business experience.

    • In this programme, apprentices will be working in core procurement activities from category management, strategic and operational sourcing, supplier management, content strategy definition, and execution.

    • During this two-year apprenticeship, apprentices will work towards a fully funded Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Level 4 Diploma while gaining valuable “on the job” experience and mentoring from Roche’s talented experts as well as a competitive salary.
