F1 Williams Work Experience programme

Job Description

Are you interested in a career in F1 or motorsport? Do you have a passion for science, technology, engineering, maths or marketing? The work experience programme at Williams Racing is designed to provide an insight into the diverse range of skillsets and roles required by an F1 team to produce a racing car. The programme is ideal in assisting students to make the right career, apprenticeship and/or future subject choices.

Please note, you must be a school/college student in year 10-13 to take part in this programme.  Work experience is not appropriate for university level students. If you are a university student, you will be automatically rejected. 

For 2025, the work experience programme will be ran on the following weeks:

  • 14th-17th April

  • 12th-15th May

  • 16th-19th June

  • 21st-24th July

  • 26th-29th August
