The most important quality in a prospective employee is the willingness to learn. No top level ninja's needed here! For example, Mi5 are currently looking to employ Software Engineering Apprentices in the Greater London and Manchester areas. For this, they expect you to have a genuine interest in programming and technology and a minimum of 72 UCAS points as well as GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths. You'll also need to be a British Citizen.
