Book a call with the National Careers Service

Get information, advice and guidance to help you make decisions on learning, training and work from the National Careers Service, funded by the Government.
Parents, carers and students over 13 can speak to a trained adviser: 

  • call 0800 100 900 - between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm  on Saturdays
  • calls are free from landlines and most mobile numbers
  •  if you don’t want to call them, you can also: chat online, ask them to get in touch by email or ask them to call you.
